1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 65ph online gaming platform, including the website at 65ph.net, the 65ph mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 65ph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

65ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and participate in real-money gaming activities on 65ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 65ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 65ph platform, or from any other gaming platform operated by 65ph's affiliates.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

65ph reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed to 65ph's reasonable satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 65ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 65ph account, you agree to:

• Provide your full legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and any other information reasonably requested during registration.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 65ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

65ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

65ph reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

65ph supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 65ph's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your 65ph Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. 65ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 65ph may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 65ph account holder.
• 65ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.

5 Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on the 65ph platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

65ph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The outcomes of all games on the 65ph platform are determined by certified random number generation systems or live event results, as applicable to each game type. 65ph does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the platform or any individual player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 65ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable stake to the player's 65ph Wallet. 65ph's decision in such matters is final.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated bots, employ prohibited strategies, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

65ph may offer bonuses, free credits, referral rewards, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and eligible games.

• Bonuses are credited to your 65ph Wallet and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• 65ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other prohibited methods — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Referral rewards under the 65ph Earn Money program are subject to the specific terms of that program, including minimum activity requirements for referred players.

65ph's determination of whether bonus terms have been met is final and binding. If you have questions about a specific promotion, contact the 65ph support team before participating.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 65ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 65ph staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 65ph platform or its games.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 65ph account.

8 Responsible Gaming

65ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 65ph account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 65ph platform — including but not limited to the 65ph brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of 65ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 65ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 65ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use the 65ph brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 65ph's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 65ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 65ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.

65ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 65ph Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 65ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

65ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 65ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

65ph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 65ph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

65ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

65ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 65ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 65ph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the 65ph support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 65ph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 65ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
